"Charting a New Course"

If you plan to pay tuition in installments, please register with FACTS online. We will assume you plan to pay tuition in its entirety if you are not registered by June 1st. The link for FACTS is located on our website. Please call with any questions.
The end-of-the-year awards ceremony will be held after an 11:00 Mass on Friday, May 24th. All are welcome to join us in celebration of our achievements.
The 8th grade closing ceremonies will be held at 7:00PM on May 24th in the church. Please join us as we wish the 8th grade farewell.
Please join us for Family Night at Checkered Pig Thursday, May 16th from 5:00-8:00 PM. The school will receive 15% of all sales made during that time.
Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 17th. If the weather does not cooperate, all events will be held indoors.
If you are interested in Summer Quest and have not received information or a registration form, please come by the office to pick one up. If you already have information, please return it as soon as possible so supplies can be ordered.

Students in grades 4-7 are required to complete summer reading. Information will come home via your child’s teacher discussing the selected reading and the requirements for the reading.
Please make sure all library books are returned and all fees are paid. All fees must be paid in full before receiving your child’s report card. Any outstanding balance will be attached to your child’s report card and left in the front office.
Middle School Parents (rising 6-8): Exciting things are coming to middle school for the upcoming school year. Please join me for the final “Coffee with Kira” on Friday, May 17th to hear about the new programs and classes we will offer next year. We will begin right after drop off and have a brief meeting before the festivities for field day.
The last day of school will be Friday, May 24th. Students will dismiss at 12:30. Report cards can be picked up Monday, June 4th. This date has moved back to allow us to include June payments.
Vatican Express Catholic Kidz Camp
Vacation Bible School will be held June 10–14. Children ages 3yrs* to 6th grade are invited to attend. Camp participants will learn all about the Vatican and take a virtual tour of Rome! VBS will run from 9:00am–12:00pm, Monday –Thursday. On Friday, it will run from 9:00am–2:00pm with a family finale from 12:00N–2:00pm. Please contact Mary Sullivan (shc_sec@comcast.net) if you need further information. Registration forms are in the front of the school. The cost is $5 per child with a maximum of $15 per family. T-shirts will be provided. *(those who have previously had a pre-school experience and can use the restroom on their own)
