Welcome Spring!
Our PTO has been hard at work planning several events for the remainder of the school year. We hope to see all of you participating in the upcoming events:

A Game Night for grades 5-9 will be held on Friday, April 23 from 5:30-7:00. The cost is $8 which includes pizza and a drink.

Teacher Appreciation Week will be May 3-7. We hope you will participate in honoring our teachers with a luncheon May 3.

Field Day will held Friday, May 21. Rain Date will be Wednesday, May 26. Parent volunteers are needed and appreciated!
Thanks to your generous fundraising efforts, we have been able to provide many extra opportunities for our children. Here's a partial list of the activities we have been able to accomplish this year:

Catholic Schools' Week activities such as bowling and skating

A new dishwasher for the school

Upgraded the courtyard with new paint, landscaping, and tables

Purchased gift cards for the teachers to use for classroom instructional tools

A Parent's Prayer
Heavenly
Father,
Make me a better parent
Teach me to understand my children,
To listen patiently to what they have to say,
And to answer all their questions kindly.
Keep me from interrupting them,
or contradicting them.
Make me as courteous to them
as I would have them be to me.
Forbid that I should ever laugh at their mistakes,
Or resort to shame or ridicule if they displease me.
Bless me with the bigness to
grant them
all their reasonable requests,
And the courage to deny them privileges
that I know will do them harm.
Make me fair and just and kind.
And fit me, O Lord,
to be loved and respected
and imitated by my children.
