      All students in 8^th and 9^th grade will be completing a topic paper this quarter. Although at first glance the paper may seem overwhelming, I have created this project in a manner in which all of my students will have ample opportunity to succeed. We will be completing much of the work in class, and I am equipping them with handouts and necessary information prior to each and every due date. This paper does hold a lot of weight towards their quarter grade so, please encourage your student to stay up-to-date with all assignments and ask me for help when they need it. I am happy to work with them in any way possible.
