Fourth Grade

Reading/Writing

  • This week the students will read chapter 19 and 20 of The Secret Garden.  Students will write a persuasive paragraph.

Math

  • The students are beginning chapter 13 on fractions. 

Religion

  • The class is reading session 13 about the Sacrament of Penance.  The quiz on this session is on Friday, May 10.

Fifth Grade

Reading/Writing

  • The class is writing persuasive paragraphs and will read and discuss some selected poems. 

Math

  • This week the class will be adding and subtracting fractions with like and unlike denominators.

Religion

  • The class has read sessions 11 and 12 and will have a quiz on both sessions on Thursday, May 9.
